Ask what the refurbisher guarantees about battery condition and whether replacement records are available. A vague ‘tested’ description does not tell you the expected remaining endurance. Compare written coverage for battery faults.

Apple’s US specifications list up to 17 hours of video playback for iPhone 12 Pro and 22 for iPhone 13 Pro. These are manufacturer test maxima for the models, not measurements of a used unit or promises for navigation, recording or weak-signal use.

Software & Features

Neither meets Apple Intelligence hardware requirements. Confirm current compatibility and avoid assigning an invented support-expiry date. Older hardware may still meet a limited use case without supporting every new feature.
