Kousik Shaha serves as the Head of Software & IT at FixUp Phone Repair & Accessories, leading the company’s technology operations and supporting the digital infrastructure behind its growing multi-location business.

He is responsible for overseeing software systems, website and digital platforms, IT infrastructure, technical troubleshooting, system integration, data management, and technology solutions that help FixUp operate efficiently across its locations.

Kousik works closely with leadership and operations teams to identify opportunities to improve business processes, customer experience, internal communication, reporting, and day-to-day store operations through technology. He also supports the implementation and maintenance of reliable, scalable systems as the company continues to expand.

His role is focused on ensuring FixUp’s technology environment remains secure, efficient, dependable, and aligned with the company’s long-term growth strategy.
